Showcasing My Journey

Explore the service and leadership experiences that have shaped my skills and values in impactful ways.

Big Heros, Tiny Homes

I’m leading a team of volunteers in designing and building a home for a veteran. We also help with community clean-up events, environmental awareness, and fostering teamwork among participants.

National Charity League
Livable Forest Chapter-Class of 2026

I successfully coordinated multiple projects that enhanced community involvement and promoted sustainability, receiving positive feedback from participants.

Jack and Jill of America
Humble Kingwood Chapter

JJHK provided me with several opportunities to use my creativity, and leadership skills to bring a group of up to 30 teens together in service to our community. Together we raised funds and daily essentials for unhoused teens, planned educational events for local youth, and used our voices to get out the vote in multiple local, state, and national elections. I am so proud of the work I did there. Learn more and see examples at the links below.

Making a Difference

“If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way.”

-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

At first I didn’t understand how what I was doing in the community had an impact. After Hurricane Harvey, I saw how just offering someone a ride to a safe place, the use of my phone to call their loved ones, or hugging them as they arrived at the shelter that doing small things with care and consistency makes a huge difference. Since then, when an opportunity to show up and be of assistance arrives, I do my best to say “yes!”

Through dedicated community service, I have engaged in various initiatives, nothing huge or great, but I showed up and did each task with care knowing that the ripples will reach someone at just the right time.
